1. Service Agreement
By accessing or subscribing to DataSmart AI products (Zolva, VEXA Studio, VEXA Platform, forgeFlow), enterprise clients agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Autonomous Agent SLA & Availability
VEXA Platform guarantees 99.99% infrastructure uptime for multi-agent execution clusters. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 72 hours in advance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Clients retain 100% ownership of custom agent prompt trees, workflows, proprietary fine-tuned weights, and execution datasets processed on DataSmart infrastructure.
