DataSmart Technology Inc. ("DataSmart", "we", "our") is committed to enforcing highest privacy standards under Quebec Law 25 (An Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector), GDPR, and CCPA. We collect zero tracking telemetry without explicit consent.
2. Data Collection & Processing
When utilizing DataSmart agentic platforms (Zolva, VEXA Studio, VEXA Platform, forgeFlow), all customer data flows through zero-trust KMS key encrypted channels. Prompt states and multi-agent memory variables are isolated per enterprise tenant.
3. Customer Rights & Data Portability
Under Quebec Law 25, enterprise clients retain complete right to access, rectify, or purge stored agent execution logs. Requests can be submitted directly to our Privacy Officer at Montassar.hdaya@gmail.com.
